Lagan Homes is delighted to announce that four of our Site Managers - Stephen O'Higgins at Mealough in Carryduff, Gavin Murray at Helens Wood in Bangor, Johnston Logan at Hobart Hall in Dundonald, and Darren O'Neill at Beverley Garden Village in Newtownards - have been honoured with the Pride in the Job 2025 Quality Award from NHBC, the UK's largest provider of new home warranties and insurance.

Pride in the Job celebrates site managers' who demonstrate outstanding leadership, technical expertise, and a dedication to raising standards in house building. Each year, thousands of Site Managers are assessed, with only a select number recognised for their exceptional performance.

To celebrate this significant achievement, Lagan Homes hosted BBQs across the four winning sites, bringing teams together to mark the occasion. It was fantastic to see the whole team come together to share in the success, enjoy great food, and reflect on what can be achieved through hard work, pride, and passion.
